Types of Massage

Therapeutic Massage

This classic massage is gentle yet the amount of pressure can range from light, medium and firm pressure on different areas of the body.  It is given to increase blood circulation, easing the tension in the body’s muscles and improving the muscles’ flexibility.  It stimulates the skin as well as the nervous system to soothe the nerves, reducing both emotional and physical stress.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health.
